Terms and conditions for community members:

 

  • Access to the allotment chart is personal, private and with approval of the hotels

only. Sharing access or information regarding availability with other parties will lead

to banned access to the system.

  • Space blocked can be up to 25 rooms per group , for the same sequence

  • The provenience of the reservation should be mentioned clearly ( to what members

of the community , Institutions or Foreign Travel Agency it belongs to ) , as well as

the specifics of the reservation ( pilgrimage , seminarians , priestly renewal course ,

etc. ) and the local travel agent that will handle their booking .

  • Upon choosing, the dates of the reservation, and filling in all requested details, one

of the hotels will grant access to the allocation chart.

  • An official reservation confirmation will be issued by each hotel to the local travel

agent handling the booking or directly to the members that request to block the

space without an intermediate.

  • Commitment for the space blocked is due for both Magdala & Notre Dame and

consists of a nonrefundable deposit. Deadline for commitment is 6 months prior

arrival date and the amount due for each hotel will be clearly specified in the

confirmations issued.

  • For Direct Bookings, commitment policy and deadlines will be as stated above and

will be clearly mentioned in the reservation confirmation issued by each hotel.

  • Failure to commit in due time for the space held, for one or both hotels, will lead to

automatically releasing the entire sequence booked.

  • Any type of change in the reservation ( number of nights , number of rooms ,changeof sequence , etc )                                               can only be done upon submitting a request through thedesignated field                                                                                                      “ special requests “ in the website or through the local travel agentafter blocking the space .

 

 

Cancellation policy for community members:

 

  • Cancellation can be requested up to 6 months prior arrival date , without facing

penalties

  • If cancellation will be requested less than the time frame above , access for future

bookings will be limited

  • Upon cancelling a group , the space goes back to the hotels , not to the local travel

agent nor to the community member , unless it can be replaced with another group

that belongs to the same community . Replacing of a group can only be done with

the approval of both hotels.
